This course covers from the concepts of construction to its collapse.Topics include building and fire codes, features of fire protection, different types of building construction, specific occupancy details, and other related topics.Upon completion, students should be able to discuss the different types of construction including sprinkler system design occupancies, how to recognize the type of building construction they are faced with and how it’s going to react when associated with fire.
